We’re a bit different.

We don’t really believe in shouting about ourselves. We try to save that for when we’re promoting our customers properties.

    After several years working for various estate agencies, Tim set up Scott & Stapleton in 1988.

    Born and bred in Leigh, he has unparalleled local knowledge, exceptional experience and an enthusiasm for developing new and effective ways of shaking up the industry and providing the best service to customers too.

    Having worked as an estate agent from the tender age of 16, Simone joined Scott & Stapleton in 1997.

    Simone is known for her enduring commitment to the business and it’s clients. Customer satisfaction is central to absolutely everything she does - that’s why our success is built on client loyalty and personal recommendations.

    Anthony has worked in local lettings for over 10 years recently joining us after running his own successful letting agency.

    At Scott & Stapleton his role is very much on the front line, valuing, taking on and letting our properties. He’s a very motivated professional but easy going and helpful with it.

    Helen is the friendly face of our ‘front of house’ team and an integral part of our admin department too.

    Dawn is a highly experienced property manager having worked in the local rental market for over 6 years.

    Coordinating regular inspections and working closely with our maintenance team, Dawn makes sure that your property is always looked after.

    Sheena Schmidtchen
    Property Manager

    Sheena has been an important part of Scott & Stapleton for over 25 years, fulfilling many different roles. Our clients love her honest, straight talking approach and so do we.

    These days she spends her time carrying out inspections of our managed properties, dealing with client obligations for gas safety and liaising with energy suppliers.

    Kay Fuke ARLA, MAAT
    Accounts Manager

    Kay runs our super efficient accounts team and is responsible for reliably collecting rent as soon as its due and making sure that all of our landlords are paid accurately and on time.

    For any money matters, drop her a line and she’ll ensure the accounts team help you out right away.

    Vicki is our paperwork guru, organising tenancy agreements and dealing with general lettings admin - making sure all of the bits and pieces are in place.

    She’s a vital part of the team not only in lettings but across the whole agency, helping with maintenance issues, rent collection and anything else that needs her meticulous eye for detail and methodical approach.

    Lettings Administrator

    Donna works in tandem with Kay in the accounts department making sure that all of our landlords are paid on time as a priority - one of the most important jobs we do.

    You’ll also find her helping out with maintenance issues, booking in viewings or carrying out property inspections.

    Property Maintenance

    Matt has nearly 20 years experience in building and property maintenance. He can handle just about any job from start to finish, usually completing most of the work himself.

    If you have any job for Matt, from fitting a new lock to a complete refurbishment call the office and we’ll get it sorted out as soon as we can.

Supporting & promoting local community projects.

Everyone here at Scott & Stapleton lives locally and as such, we’re very keen to promote and support local community projects. So far we’ve hosted events for Macmillan Nurses and local schools at our Broadway office and we’re sponsoring lots of events in Leigh and the local area.
