Every prospective tenant will have a personal meeting with your dedicated letting agent as part of the process. We aim to place only those tenants that we’d happily accommodate in our own homes.
We’ll also make sure that everything looks just as good whether it’s in our window, in the newspaper or being shared on Facebook and social media.
We are able to provide a comprehensive itinery of your property with photographs to create an accurate record of the property at the beginning of a new tenancy. We also carry out inspections of your property after the first month and at quarterly intervals.
This means you don’t have to worry about how your tenants are treating your property and any damage or potential issues can be identified before they become an issue.
We even provide our own in house maintenance solutions where needed. We’ll give you a dedicated property manager who can help you with any other issues and out of hours you can talk to a real person too.
